We have just been informed of the fire in the Zuni Mountains that is burning out of control with the high winds. The smoke has reached the Exit 89, Sky Way Exit. Please inform your family members, if they have asthma or a hard time breathing to remain indoors and/or take them to the hospital if needed. Our Police Dept. is on alert as well as our EMT’s. Thank you and remain safe.

The fire smoke is further west of Milan. The haze that is starting at Sky Way Travel Center is dust so same warnings for those with allergies as this wind continues.
